Refund and Returns Policy

Thank you for shopping at Fiemol. This Return & Refund Policy outlines the terms and conditions for returning goods purchased from us. Please read it carefully.

1.30-Day Return Window

We offer a 30-day return policy from the date of your purchase. To be eligible for a full refund or exchange, you must initiate the return process within this period. Returns requested after 30 days of delivery are not accepted, except in cases of defective or damaged items, which are subject to the terms in Section 7.

2.Return Eligibility

For a return to be accepted, your item must meet all the following conditions:

It must be unused, unworn, and in the exact same condition as when you received it.

It must be in the original packaging, including all tags, labels, and accessories.

You must provide the original receipt or proof of purchase.

3.Non-Returnable Items

The following categories of goods are final sale and cannot be returned or refunded:

Gift cards.

Customized or personalized products.

Items on final sale, clearance, or purchased with a promotional discount.

4.Partial Refunds

We may issue a partial refund or deny a refund in the following situations:

The item shows obvious signs of use, wear, or damage not present at the time of delivery.

Any item not in its original condition, is damaged, or has missing parts for reasons not attributable to our error.

The return is initiated after the 30-day return window has closed.

5.Return Process (Step-by-Step)

Step 1: Contact Us
Do not send your purchase back to the manufacturer or to our address without authorization.
To start a return, you must first contact our customer service team at support@fiemol.com. Include your order number and reason for return.

Step 2: Obtain Return Authorization & Instructions
If your return is eligible, we will email you a Return Authorization (RMA) number, a prepaid return shipping label (if applicable), and detailed instructions on where and how to send your package. Returns without an RMA number will not be accepted.

Step 3: Ship Your Return
Package the item securely in its original packaging and attach the provided return label. For your protection, we recommend using a trackable shipping service and considering shipping insurance for high-value items. We cannot guarantee receipt of untracked returns.

6.Refunds

Inspection & Notification: Once we receive and inspect your return, we will email you to confirm receipt and notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
Approved Refunds: If approved, your refund will be processed automatically to your original method of payment. Please allow 7-10 business days for the refund to be reflected in your account after processing. The processing time depends on your bank or payment provider.
Deductions: The cost of original shipping and any return shipping fees (for non-defective returns) are non-refundable and will be deducted from your refund amount.

7.Defective, Damaged, or Incorrect Items (Exchanges)

If you receive an item that is defective, damaged, or incorrect, please contact us at support@fiemol.com within 7 days of delivery. Provide your order number and clear photos/videos of the issue. We will arrange for a replacement or refund and provide a prepaid return label at our expense. Exchanges are only offered under these circumstances

8.Sale Items

Only regular-priced items are eligible for refunds. Items purchased on sale, promotion, or clearance are final sale and cannot be refunded.

9.Shipping Costs & Responsibility

Customer-Responsible Returns: For returns due to change of mind or size, you are responsible for all return shipping costs. These costs are non-refundable.

Company-Responsible Returns: For returns due to our error (defective, damaged, or wrong item), we will cover the return shipping costs.

Risk of Loss: You assume the risk of loss for the item until it is received at our warehouse. We are not liable for items lost or damaged in return transit.
